Our Unique Demo Package Policy

At Taha Vog, we understand the importance of trying before you commit. That's why we include a FREE demo package with every main product package. This allows you to test our product quality before opening the main package.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened condition (main package seal intact)
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is in its original packaging with all seals unbroken
  • The demo package has been opened and tested instead of the main package

Important Note:

If the main package has been opened, cut, or tampered with in any way, the return will not be accepted. Please only open the demo package to test the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or tampered main package seals
  • Perishable goods that have been opened
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions marked as "final sale"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will verify your eligibility for return
  4. If approved, you'll receive return instructions
  5. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  6. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • This policy applies even if the main package was opened to discover the defect
